OPENING TIMES & PRICING

To ensure that we can comply with social distancing rules on our site, there will be restrictions on the number of guests that can visit at one time. Every guest (including Annual Pass holders) must have a pre-booked ticket before visiting! Children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket.

The following daytime arrival time slots are available to pre-book: 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00, with a 13:30 time slot bookable exclusively for annual pass holders.

We kindly ask that you arrive within your 15 minutes designated entry time slot.

All guests are asked to check the date and entry time on their tickets prior to arriving, if guests arrive on the incorrect day or time, entry to the park will be refused with no reimbursement.

The park closes at 3:30pm daily

Tickets for all of January are now available to book. Future dates will be available soon.

Important Information

No dogs or pets are allowed on site (No dogs can be left in cars). In some areas due to free ranging animals, prams/buggies must be left in the buggy park. YWP reserve the right to change any of the information on this website without notice. Please read the ‘Important Info (FAQs)’ page prior to making a booking.

CASH transactions are currently NOT accepted at the park. This is to help protect our team members and guests during the COVID-19 pandemic. We however are able to accept card, contactless and mobile payments (including Apple Pay) at all locations on park.

Terms of Entry

Please click here to review the terms of entry to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. These terms apply to all attending irrespective of ticket type. Visitors may not consume their own food in any of our catering outlets.

What you need to bring with you to claim a concession.

*Student or NUS Card required.

**Disabled visitors will be required to produce appropriate ID, Blue Badge (or photocopy) or membership details for a Disabled Society or a Disability Living Allowance claim letter.

***Children Under 16 must be accompanied by an Adult at all times.

****Carer’s should provide ID from Care Home/Employer, Care Allowance Claim Letter, Metro bus pass for disabled which states “Plus One”. Carer’s are only eligible for the carer rate while providing care for another visitor.

† Individual online bookings must be purchased one day in advance of visit.
