Catering Operations Manager
Primary Responsibilities: To deliver a top-quality experience and environment for visitors within the Catering Department. To lead by example in every aspect and ensure the Catering Department runs efficiently and smoothly at all times.
Primary Responsibilities: To work within a busy catering facility to ensure food is prepared and cooked to an excellent standard in line with protocols and food hygiene regulations.
Cost Manager (Quantity Surveyor)
Responsible for the cost management of all projects including the proposed expansion of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The role will include all aspects of construction cost management including budget definition, stage cost plans, procurement and financial management of projects on site.
