Events Sous Chef

The Events Sous Chef will work within a busy catering facility to ensure food is prepared and cooked to an excellent standard. They will also work alongside the Catering Manager to develop menus within the restaurant and new catering outlets.

Commercial Director

The Commercial Director will effectively and efficiently lead, manage and motivate the identified Commercial departments of Yorkshire Wildlife Park Ltd.  This is a full Board position of Yorkshire Wildlife Park Ltd, reporting to the CEO and working alongside the Wild Life Group Ltd Board of Directors as part of a close-knit Executive Team. The Commercial Director will be expected to ensure the Group’s Catering, Retail, Hotel and Events functions operate with upmost efficiency, delivering on budgets, promote business growth and enhance the reputation of the Group as a leading Leisure/Tourist attraction.

Leisure Assistant

The Leisure Assistant will be responsible for the maintenance of exemplary on-site cleanliness standards, litter picking, supervision of children’s play areas in accordance with set health and safety protocol and assisting with car parking duties.

Hoofstock Section Team Leader

The Hoofstock Section Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring exemplary husbandry and welfare standards for all animals within the section. They will implement compliance with Health and Safety standards for the section and operational procedures and lead and motivate a team of dedicated animal rangers. The Hoofstock Team Leader will deliver our conservation education mission through public engagement and to provide excellent visitor experience in areas managed. They will also provide Deputy Animal Manager cover in the absence of the Animal Managers.
