Terms And Conditions Of Entry

1. General Admission

1. Entry to the venue is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or likely to negatively affect other guests.

3. All guests must comply with venue rules, staff instructions, and health and safety requirements at all times. These can be found on our website and in entrance lobby of Planet Putt.

2. Supervision of Children

1. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

2. All children under the age of 12 playing either of the golf courses must be with one full paid adult ticket.

3. Smart Darts and Shuffleboard is for children of 12 years or above and all under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of children in their care.

5. Unsupervised children may be refused entry or asked to leave the premises.

3. Health and Safety

1. Guests enter and use the facilities at their own risk.

2. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times. No stiletto heels permitted.

3. Running, climbing on obstacles, rough play, or misuse of equipment is prohibited.

4. Guests must immediately report any accidents, injuries, hazards, spills or damaged equipment to a member of staff.

5. The venue reserves the right to close all or part of the facility for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.

4. Playing the Course

1. Guests must follow the designated course route and any instructions provided by staff.

2. Golf balls and clubs must be used safely and only for their intended purpose.

3. Deliberate damage to the course, equipment, fixtures, or fittings may result in removal from the venue and liability for repair or replacement costs.

4. One ball per player per course should be in play unless otherwise authorised by staff.

5. Food and Drink

1. No food or drink purchased outside the venue may be consumed on the premises unless agreed by management.

2. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.

3. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol and remove any person who appears intoxicated. We operate the Challenge 25 policy.

6. Personal Property

1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

2. The venue accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where required by law.

7. Photography and CCTV

1. CCTV is in operation throughout the venue for security, safety, and crime prevention purposes.

2. Guests may take photographs for personal use unless otherwise notified.

3. Commercial photography, filming, or recording requires prior written permission from management.

8. Bookings and Cancellations

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once full payment is received.

2. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time or loss of the booking without refund.

3. Group bookings/corporate events will require full payment at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

5. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.

6. In the event Planet Putt has to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances then customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

9. Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Subject to the above, the venue's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Amendments

1. Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. The latest version will be available on request and, where appropriate, displayed within the venue or on the venue website.

By entering the venue, all guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
