Opened in April of 2009, Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, is a dynamic centre for animal conservation and welfare with hundreds of the world's most endangered animals that call it home!
Step into a WILD day out as you explore the lands of YWP, including our incredible walk through reserves where you can be up close with Lemurs, Capybara, Wallabies, Golden Lion Tamarins & more!
A WILD adventure
Our park is divided into different lands, each with its own unique animals to discover. Explore the African Plains of Into Africa! and see our majestic Lions, Zebras, and Giraffes, or head to the Land of the Tigers and get a glimpse of our magnificent Amur Tigers.
You can also visit our Wallaby Walkabout and walk amongst our friendly Wallabies, or get lost in our Amazonas Reserve and see our magnificent Capybara!
We also offer Animal Experiences that will get you up close and personal for a special day out.
A Jurassic Journey
Step into Pangea - Discovery of Dinosaurs, an immersive, pre-historic experience with over 30 life-sized moving ROARING dinosaurs! From the terrifying T-Rex to the villainous Velociraptors, you will find everyone's favourite Jurassic characters in the heart of Doncaster!
This epic area is included with Yorkshire Wildlife Park entry so you can enjoy a truly T-rrific day out!
Play Areas
Located throughout Yorkshire Wildlife Park & The Yorkshire Hive, our range of both indoor and outdoor incredible play areas are the perfect place to let your little adventures burn off all that energy, whatever the Yorkshire weather throws at us!
